Even in the greatest need, the Herz Jesu team is always there. I have to say that in January 2022 I owe my life to the emergency team. Unfortunately, from one day to the next I became very seriously ill with my heart due to a corona vaccination and my heart was on the verge of giving up. I drove especially from Hamm to the Herz Jesu Hospital. There was a lot of trust in the hospital. I always thought that no matter what happened, the specialists were there at the Herz Jesu Hospital and you would be well looked after. I'm so glad that I took this step and had the right doctor and the right team that night. I'll never forget that. I was transferred to another hospital by ambulance that night, but if I hadn't had you, things would have gone completely wrong. So don't worry about bad reviews, this hospital and team gives everything for us patients, I'm very glad that you exist. You're great. Unfortunately, I haven't had the opportunity to thank you personally until today because I no longer know the doctor on duty. The Herz Jesu Hospital is like the clinic on the Südring from Sat.1 - you are treated humanely and warmly.

Is it always like that? You order 11 patients there before 7 a.m. and something doesn't move for the first time until 10 a.m.!? That's not the case every day. Or? If just one person in the waiting room (closed room) has Corona, everyone is terminally ill. There are ONLY old people on 3a. I did make a mistake. There was less movement... one of them ran away. Everyone sleeps in chairs. For 23 years, beds have only been freed at 11 a.m., why are surgical patients over 70 brought in so early? The doctors sleep until 111am?! Totally agonizing waiting 3.5 hours while sitting

I underwent abdominal surgery for the second time in the AOZ. I felt like I was in good hands every time, the team was super nice and everyone really cared and cared. The doctors were all very nice, courteous and explained things well. My first address when it comes to gynecology. Especially in this day and age, when there is a shortage of staff everywhere, I was completely satisfied and recommend it to others.

I cannot understand the negative reviews for the emergency room. I received perfect help despite it being a Sunday morning. Everyone there was very friendly and their actions made a professional impression. The necessary steps were explained, the next steps were explained and a second doctor was called in due to problems with the diagnosis. I always felt safe there and my pain was taken seriously. Many thanks to today's team!

I was in ward 4a of the gynecology department 5 days after an operation. First we were alone in the room for a few days and later there were two of us. The staff was incredibly friendly, always helpful and very competent. Everything was explained to me in detail. I would particularly like to thank the head physician, Dr. Thank you to Rehag, who operated on me, a great woman. Thank you for everything.
